Implementation of SPI for NRF52 using EasyDMA.

This file only implements support for the three SPI master (SPIM) peripherals, and not SPI slave (SPIS).

Although kernel::hil::spi::SpiMaster is implemented for SPIM, only the functions marked with x are fully defined:
